By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Confidante is an AI-concierge service that connects clients with exceptional out-of-network therapists through intelligent matching. We:

• Conduct comprehensive AI-powered intake assessments
• Match clients with pre-screened, licensed therapists in our network
• Facilitate initial connections between clients and therapists
• Provide ongoing support for your therapeutic journey

Important: Confidante is not a healthcare provider and does not provide therapy, counseling, or medical services. We are a referral and matching service only.

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a resident of the US
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information
